The Anmitsu Bird (あんみつ鶏(あんみつどり) Anmitsu Dori) is a small bird beast which as its name indicates, is packed with the sweet and fruity taste of anmitsu, which holds the flavors of agar jelly, azuki bean paste, boiled peas and other variety of fruits all in one. It was one of the many ingredients used by Komatsu when he was recreating the Century Soup, although it is not known if this ingredient made it into the final version of the soup.
