The Baron Tiger (バロンタイガー Barontaigā) is a large predatory feline mammal beast, that is mainly found on the Baron Archipelago. It also inhabits tropical forests.
Anatomy[]

Behavior[]
On its home turf, it's a menacing predator. However, it's a pretty smart cat, meaning that if it comes across a creature stronger than itself, it will flee immediately.
Uses[]
The Baron Tiger's meat is tough and pretty much inedible, but it's fangs and fur fetch high prices as luxury items.
History[]
Galala Gator Arc[]
Toriko and Komatsu encounter one in the Baron Archipelago while searching for the Galala Gator. It suddenly appears and tries to attack Komatsu, but it quickly flees after being glared at by Toriko.[1] Though the first one is only present for little time, a large number of them are also seen being eaten by the 300-year-old Garara Gator.

The Toriko Jump Special is an OVA adaptation of the Galala Gator Arc, as such the Baron Tiger fulfills its role exactly as in the manga by trying to attack Komatsu then getting scared off by Toriko. Notably, the Baron Tiger is given dark violet fur and yellow eyes in this special. This is likely due to its color scheme not having been revealed at the time.
