Batty (バティ Bati) is a sleazy Gourmet Wholesaler at the World Kitchen. He apparently holds auctions for his many foods such as the Silver Taraba Crab and sells them at outrageous prices. In the anime he was trying to sell an open mouthed Pistachiuo, despite the fact that it looses much of it flavor after its mouth has been left opened for an extended period.
