The Braga Dragon (ブラガドラゴン Buraga Doragon) is a giant, eel-like dragon beast whose details remain mostly unknown.
Anatomy[]
It is a giant dragon with a long eel-like body, which has dark brown skin, six tiny legs with only one claw each, two large wings at its front and two smaller ones at its rear which both have orange-brown feathers and numerous spikes along their edges. It has one large dorsal fin on the upper part of its back and a smaller one near its rear. It has two long tendrils coming out of the top of its head which may be its ears. Its eyes are pitch black and have yellow pupils. Beneath its mouth, it has a large tuft of orange-brown hair which resembles a beard.
Behavior[]
As only one Braga Dragon has been seen, it is unknown what the common behavioral traits of this species is.
Powers and Abilities[]
The strength and abilities of this creature are unknown, but it must be of considerable strength for one to be kept by Starjun.
Starjun's Braga Dragon is also shown as being capable of breathing blue fire in the anime and games, although it is not known if this ability is exclusive to the anime or not.
History[]
One Braga Dragon is kept by the Gourmet Corp. Vice Chef Starjun as his personal steed and has appeared at few points throughout the story to act as its master's beast of burden.

Toriko: Gourmet Monsters[]
Starjun's Braga Dragon appears in the 3DS game Toriko: Gourmet Monsters as one the many beasts in the game that can be entered in Gourmet Royale matches and fight in wild battles. It is a fearsome and strong beast with high stats. Naturally it is paired up with Starjun and can only be used by him. This is the first instance in which the species is given a name.
Toriko: Gourmet Battle[]
The Braga Dragon appears in Toriko: Gourmet Battle as a collectible card in the game. Its card's statistics classify it as a "Power" class beast. It also has a subspecies known as the Gold Winged Braga Dragon (金翼のブラガドラゴン, Kimu tsubasa no buragadoragon) which has a golden color scheme.
