Saiseiya is a protector of ingredients from being exhausted and have the power to arrest anyone who over poaches. Many Saiseiyas work in the country Life as seen in the manga and anime. They are neutral in terms of Bishokuya and Bishokukai, but will step in when an ingredient is in danger of being over hunted. As told by Toriko “They are every poachers worst nightmare.” They are trained in unknown locations and are few in numbers, but are said to have immeasurable strength.
