Chiyo, also known as Delicate Cooking Chiyo was a famous chef who formed a combo with Shokurin Temple master Chinchinchin and was the previous head of the ten-star restaurant Disappearing Cuisine. Her cooking skills were so advanced that she always made it into the top 5 of the IGO's chef rankings. After a long disappearance, she suddenly reappeared by staging an attack on the temple, and revealing her new allegiance to the Bishokukai.
Appearance
She is a short elderly woman wearing traditional-looking oriental clothing with an apron tied around her waist. She has slanted eyes and appears to lack a nose. Her hair is also tied up into two large buns.
Personality
She was once a close friend of master Chin and both became a combo together showing a great deal of camaraderie. She was also an adherent and master of Food Honor, showing that she was once a soul of great gratitude. However after her disappearance and subsequent return, it appears that she has defected from her views and is now a merciless and cold-hearted being who has severed all ties with her friends and comrades. She even rejects the philosopy of food honor, saying that it is a good-for-nothing history.
Background
At some point in the past Chiyo was the Assistant Master of the Shokurin Temple as well as part of a combo with Master Chinchinchin. She was also the previous generation head of the Disappearance Cuisine before Chiru. Her skills as a chef were hailed as legendary and she was considered to be one of the top 5 chefs in the world as well as equal to Setsuno. However a few years ago before the plot of the story, she disappeared without a trace.
Powers and Abilities
Not much is know about her abilities but given that she was once considered to be Setuno's equal and was in a combo with Chinchin she is likely very powerful. She uses her kitchen knives when fighting. Her threat level is so great that in her presence a large part of the Lost Forest and the entire Shokurin Temple disappeared. She was able to kill Wagon, an Assistant Master at the Shokurin Temple, removing everything down to the bone from his entire midsection with one stroke without him realizing what had happened.
Her skills as a chef are also legendary. Before her disappearance, her rank in the IGO's top 100 chef list was always in the top 5. A single swing of her knife is said to be worth 100 million yen. As a master of Food Honor, Chiyo is able to slice ingredients and people without them noticing that they have been cut and is able to force the Shokurin Temple to appear and not attack her team with just her intimidation despite the fact the temple requiring apreciation to avoid these difficunties hence her epithet 'Delicate Cooking Chiyo'. She is also considered to be the only chef capable of preparing the Bubble Fruit.

- Manaita Shield(Chopping Board Shield)- Chiyo uses a giant chopping board as a shield.
- Ittou Raigiri(One Blade Thunder Cut)- Chiyo spins her knife like a drill and stabs her opponent.
- Katsura Muki- Using the cutting tecnique, Chiyo can cut the arm of a opponent in thin sheet.
