Chupali is the receptionist at Honey Prison.

Personality

He mentions that even someone as scary as him is afraid of Warden Love when Komatsu asked him upon his and Toriko's arrival at the Prison. He neither gives attention to the torture used against the prisoners, nor does he care if Zebra kills the execution beasts.

Relationships

Zebra

He and Zebra have a strange sort of friendship as he tells Zebra about the outside world and even tattles about prison staff that talk about Zebra behind his back. Zebra seems to return this twisted sort of friendship by saying "the warden means nothing to me, but your receptionist is the closest thing to a person like me in this hole".

Love

As mentioned before, Chupali is terrified of Warden Love's power despite his emotionless grin implying otherwise.

Powers and Abilities

Chupali is known as "The Ringmaster" due to the fact that he can control the animals in the reception area. However, how he controls them or if he simply gives them commands while under Love's influence remains unknown.

Anime and Manga Differences

• In the anime, his face is far less shadowed then in the manga, which shows off the shape of his eyes.
• His desk in the anime appears to be a finely made marble or metal desk with lamps and a decorative design on the wall behind him, while in the manga it appears to be carved out of rough stone, has no lamps and the wall behind him is not seen.
