The Devil Keeper (デビルキーパー Debirukīpā) is the boss and strongest creature within the Devil Athletics of Regal Island, the IGO's 1st Biotope.
Anatomy[]
It is a gigantic and grotesque humped creature with a leathery and scaly hide. It has a fearsome drooling maw with razor sharp teeth and fangs, a slobbery tongue and a pig-like snout, and notably it has five large eyes, two on each side of its head and one in between its sets of eyes. It has three long curved horns protruding from its forehead and three smaller horns growing behind its set of three horns. Its rear legs are very long and have three digits with sharp and large claws. Its front legs are arm-like and shorter with paw-like appendages with three digits as well with smaller claws. It also has four dark spikes on each of its forearms and four light-colored spikes on each of its shins.

After Toriko and Rin defeat the Rubanda on the Devil Athletics, Terry Cloth is able to lead them through a safe path free of dangerous beasts. As they pass through the safer stone pillars, they notice the presence of the Devil Keeper and are glad that they could avoid such a beast.
BB Corn Arc[]
Grinpatch eats the Devil Keeper.
When Grinpatch travels to the 1st Biotope in order to recover Gido's GT Robo, he is stopped by Mansam and Shigematsu. To make up for his failure, Grinpatch begins eating and killing beasts on the island for the Gourmet Corp. This includes the Devil Keeper which Grinpatch is able to suck dry of its innards, killing it painfully.
