ET Rice (ET米 ET Mai) is an extravagant golden-colored type of rice of unmeasurable capture level. It is on Jiro and Setsuno's Full Course Menu as their main dish.
At the Setsuno Dining Hall, Setsuno prepares this as ET Rice Omusubi (ET米おむすび ET Mai Omusubi).

Anime and Manga Differences[]
- During the filler scenes of the anime's adaptation of the BB Corn Arc, a bill needed to be passed by president Dohem to approve if ET Rice sushi could be put in soy sauce.
- This would be impossible in the manga since ET Rice is normally unavailable to the Human World outside of the Setsuno Dining Hall and would likely not even be a subject of Human World political laws.
