Banborows are large carnivorous boar beasts that reside in Teran Plains.

Anatomy[]

Art026

Banborows are large boar-like beasts with brown skin and green stripe-like patterns on their backs. They have a large mane of red hair which goes down their backs and four large tusks in their maws. Their eyes are red in color and they have two small spikes on the bridge of their noses.

Behavior[]

Banborows are vicious and relentless hunters who chase down their prey without mercy. However, Banborows are not without fear as even they fear the ferocity and power of the Mammoth Bear.

Powers and Abilities[]

They attack in groups, and because of this, they are quite dangerous as their numbers are their greatest strength. Weaker beasts, such as the Barbarian Monkeys, fear their presence and won't dare to approach them, preferring to run from these vicious beasts.

History[]

Toriko 3D Movie: Kaimaku! Gourmet Adventure!![]

In the film, Toriko and Peck encountered these creatures while on their search to hunt down the Mammoth Bear. They were quite tough to avoid and they two heroes were eventually chased into a corner were they were completely surrounded by not only them, but a group of the bird beast Gerold as well. Luckily, they managed to escape their pursuers by climbing a nearby cliff in which the creatures were hesitant in approaching, but as it turned out, the top of the cliff was the territory of the mighty Mammoth Bear.
