Fond De Bohno or just Bohno is the wealthy manager of the Restaurant Bohno chain and one of the top ten richest people in the world, whose wealth is almost on par with that of Colonel Mokkoi, despite his young age.
He is a short young man with a orange hair styled into the shape of a toque (chef's hat). He wears a purple dress suit with a yellow fork and knife design on it, with an orange undershirt, a yellow bow tie and pale yellow-colored boots.
He is a very generous and kind individual who is also an avid gourmet and loves to discover new ingredients in new places, as such he often hires bishokuya (such as the Four Heavenly Kings) to hunt ingredients for him, however he will travel to the destination of the hunt to enjoy the ingredients as soon as they've been caught.
When he was young, he was lonely because he lost his family at a young age. But thanks to Chris, he wasn't lonely anymore and considers him to be part of his family.
Powers and AbilitiesEdit
As one of the wealthiest people in the world, Bohno has a vast income which allows him to buy anything he could want and invest in large and expensive endeavors, such as contests and gourmet hunts. As the head of the Restaurant Bohno chain, he is a very knowledgeable businessman with a vast income thanks to his high-earning corporation.
When he was young, he lost his family early in his life. One day, he found a baby Seven Colored Nessie in a forest who appeared to be extremely weak. He then decides to take him in to his home as a pet, eventually becoming family and eating all their meals together.

He offers the group the usage of his luxurious Gourmet Train to take them anywhere they need to go on the continent and keeps watch over all the stations with his hired chefs. As the story progresses, he is also joined at the stations by other characters who have come to the Gattsuki Continent.

Gourmet King Deciding Battle ArcEdit
Bohno is grief stricken when his beloved pet Chris refuses to eat any of the food he prepares; to try and find something edible for his dear friend, he holds a Bishokuya contest in hopes that someone can bring him an ingredient that Chris can eat before its too late. The Four Heavenly Kings bring Chris some ingredients, but he doesn't eat them. Upset, Bohno tells them what kind of Heavenly Kings are they. Komatsu uses the ingredients that the Heavenly Kings brought to make a parfait and Chris eats it. Bohno remembers that the first thing they ate together was a parfait. After eating the parfait, Chris grows wings because of the nutrients from the parfait. Bohno says he doesn't want him to leave, but Toriko tells him he has to leave because it has to live in the natural world. He says goodbye to Chris and they will always be family. Chris leaves behind a Grow Apple as it flies away because it is proof of his growth. Bohno is last seen looking up at the sky, wondering about Chris and Toriko tells him to eat some Grow Apple before they run out.
