Food Park Plaza is a huge plaza with a total area of 600 square kilometers (nearly the size of Tokyo's 23 wards, albeit being a little smaller), a public place that can accommodate about 800 million of people. It is used for all sorts of gourmet events, and also in times of emergency it is used as a place to take shelter. It was used to take shelter from the Four Beast.
Some paranoid elder stated this place is a Human Breeding Farm where there is nowhere else to run away from being eaten. The IGO had prepared tons of food supplies for all mankind from its Gourmet Research Laboratory and stored them at this place for consumption. Mansam used a big screen installed in this place to inform the refugees.
