Short Summary
The fight between Joa, Jirou and Setsuno continues as both sides reveal more of their abilities, but Starjun arrives carrying an unconscious Komatsu and the Mysterious Man demands to hand him over.
Long Summary
Eyes wide open, Jirou and Setsuno are shocked to see Joa's true features - a perfect replica of the legendary Frohze's hair and faice, save deep lines running across her face, through her pupils, and down her neck like veins.
Damala Sky XIII and Chiru scream as a swirling mass of tornados hurls a massive wall of water kilometers high towards the beach. Joa quickly leaps into the air, shedding their cloak with "Instant Shedding". Quickly, Joa uses "God Cooking: Sky Cut" to pierce the tsunami, splitting it apart and eliminating the natural disaster to the shock of Wabutora and Buranchi.
Setsuno stammers that the technique used was Frohze's, resolving with Jirou to confirm Joa's true identity. Setsuino changes her Takitsuba's form to a dagger-like blade, using her "Cook Road", while Jirou uses his "Wolf Claw" to hurl "Rising Wolf: Guiness Punch" at Joa. The attack forms a bolt of lightning with a wolf's head, jaws open, baring down at Joa. Joa changes form and uses Intimidation then "Satan Mince", quickly mincing the air around her to shatter their combined attack.
Jirou confirms to Setsuno that he saw what she did, and further remarks that Joa has perfectly mastered her Gourmet Cells, meaning she has eaten Acacia's Full Course. Considering only Acacia and Frohze have been known to do that, Jirou tells Setsuno he believes Joa is Frohze; however, Setsuno cuts him off declaring the opposite. She notes that Frohze's form when using her Gourmet Cells to their full power had a starkly different face than Joa's when doing the same. Further, Frohze, she declares, is dead. Jirou, confused, asks Setsuno what 'that creature' (Joa) could be.
To the surprise of all three, a Braga Dragon emerges from the clouds. Standing on its head is Starjun, and in his arm, an unconcious Komatsu. Setsuno cries out the chef's name, and Joa grins with delight that Komatsu is still alive. She asks Starjun to turn him over, addressing him as the Bishokukai's "#2 in power." Starjun claims he realized NEO's existence while the Bishokukai was fighting for the Jewel Meat on Regal Island; the recruit in the Giant GT Robo, Gido, was a NEO mole in the organization, representing the most ominous threat to the Bishokukai - surpassing that posed by the Four Kings and Komatsu. Joa demands Komatsu once more, still maintaing a polite yet icy facade. Starjun declines again - and the earth begins shaking!
