The Gourmet Checklist (動物と成分リスト, Animal & Ingredients List) is a comprehensive list of extras that appears within every volume of the Toriko manga that offers info, trivia and data on many beasts and important characters that have appeared in the series.
Gourmet Checklist entries are usually featured in-between chapters or at the end of the volume and only contain info on the characters and ingredients that appeared in the volume's chapters. Currently, there are more than 200 beast and ingredients pages and over 20 character profiles.
