The Hors d'Oeuvre Tree (オードブルの木, Ōdoburu no ki) is a tree native to the Gattsuki Continent that grows all manner of "fruits" that look and taste like giant slices of appetizer foods, such as fruits, meats, cheeses and nuts. It appears as a common ingredient in the game Toriko: Gourmet Survival 2 and is one of the first ingredients to be captured in the game.
The tree is a thin green plant with green leaves at the bottom and all its "fruits" grow one on top of the other like leaves near the top, with the melon slices at the bottom, the fish meat slices in the middle and the swiss cheese slices on top, and three giant nuts growing at the very top of the tree as well as large red and white berries. In order to make its ingredients fall, the tree must be hit several times. Its sap is the source its unique fruits and it can be used in food preparation.
