The Karinhogs (かりねずみ Karinezumi) are one of the many species of animals living on Acacia's Kitchen. They grow karinto on their back in the place of spines, and they appear to live in caves.

The karinhogs appeared when the freezer holding the Wolf Fire Dragon began to open, causing many creatures such as the teba birds and karinhogs to flee, They were seen scurrying in the cave Toriko, Komatsu, and Ayame were taking shelter in.

- The Karinhog was created by a fan for the film's Gourmet Monsters Contest.
- Its name is a portmanteau on the japanese words for Hedgehog (ハリネズミ Harinezumi) and Karinto (花林糖 Karintō).
