The Kunaisquid (クナイカ , Kunaika) is a large cephalopod with stealth and skill like those of a ninja.
Anatomy[]
The Kunaisquid is a large cephalopod with long and mighty tentacles that end in very sharp points that are as sharp and deadly as a ninja's kunai (ninja dagger). Even the top of its head is like a kunai. It always has a tentacle wrapped around over its eyes to simulate a ninja's protective headband.
Behavior[]
It is an intelligent beast that has a strong fondness for the ways and martial arts of ninjas. Its ninja nature makes it a very calculating creature in battle.
Powers and Abilities[]
It is a squid naturally versed in the ways of the ninja. Its skill and deadliness in battle is well known and it can uses its many kunai-like tentacles in battle with deadly precision and can take out any unprepared foe.
As Food[]
Its meat makes a tasty grilled snack.

- This special beast (along with the Shinobeef and the Kakurenkon) is the work Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of Naruto, created for the special release of Volume 29.5.
- Its japanese name is a combination of the japanese words for squid and kunai.
