Mentaikomugi (メンタイ小麦) is a type of wheat plant that tastes just like marinated roe of pollock. If ground up with Parmesansho Fruit using a Gourmet Spicer it can be made into a very interesting spice with a very stimulating smell, and while delicious at first it is quickly becomes incredibly spicy to the eater.
