Mitsu Kushi is a world renowned Shish-Kebab Shop owned and managed by the "Three Eyed Skewer User", Horis, the 13th greatest chef in the world. The shop serves some of the finest shish-kebabs in the Human World at light-speed thanks to Horis' keen eyesight.

During the Gourmet Corp.'s invasion of Cooking Festival, many chefs ended up being kidnapped or killed by them, which leaves the fate of Horis and his restaurant unknown. Regardless, after the fall of the Meteor Spice caused a heavy loss of resources for the Human World, all restaurants (which would include Mitsu Kushi) went out of business or were forced to serve Food Tablets until the food crisis could be resolved.
