Moh, also known as the "Iron Plate Magician" is a world renowned teppanyaki chef whose masterful food preparation and mystical skill on an iron plate grill are so great that he is considered a magical chef. His astonishing abilities as a chef have even earned him a spot on the IGO Chef Ranking at number 23, making him one the top 100 greatest chefs in the world.

Appearance[]

He is a large, round, pudgy man with dark eyes and a black handlebar mustache beneath his small round nose. His most notable trait however is his incredibly huge and muscular arms. He wears a dark green-colored shirt and bandana along with a light green apron.

Personality[]

Not much is known about Moh's personality, however he appears to be a brave individual who was willing to stand up against the Gourmet Corp..

Powers and Abilities[]

He was mentioned by Joejoe as one of the chefs whose capture would be "less than simple". However, he is not as strong as Brunch, as demonstrated when the latter's Intimidation frightened him. His actual combat abilities are still unknown but, since he was eager to take part in the Triathlon and finished it, it can be assumed that he has at least a high level of stamina.

Chef Skills[]

Owning a spot below the thirties in the IGO Chef Ranking, Moh is bound to be an extremely skilled cook. As he specializes in cooking with a teppenyaki, Moh is likely a very agile and dextrous individual capable of cutting, flipping and grilling ingredients with utmost precision and skill. When cooking, many suspect that he might even use magic, hence his nickname of magician.

History[]

Meteor Garlic Arc[]

He was first mentioned along with "National Treasure" Setsuno, "Cooking King" Zaus, "Tray King" Yuda, "Ramen Master" Kurakage, "Oil User" Wabutora, "Ethnic King" Klaraman, "Poison Cuisine" Tylan and "Boss of Underground Cooking" Livebearer, when Joejoe was listing the top chefs that would be difficult for the Gourmet Corp. to capture.

Cooking Festival Arc[]

Moh and Koyubi attacked by Sand Hamsters

Moh in the triathlon.

At the Cooking Festival, Moh was seen on the stage with other participants, but wasn't officially introduced. Later in the Cooking Festival's first event, Triathlon Cooking, in the bicycle part, Moh was seen barely fazed by Tengu Brunch's intimidation attempt when he was passing him and several other participants. Later on, Brunch broke the Stone Bridge leading to the next part of the bicycle path, cutting off the path for Moh. Despite this, Moh was still able to pass the three preliminary events: Triathlon Cooking, Scale Death Cooking and Entire Island Cooking, and was able to reach the Championship Cooking, where his opponent would be Yuda.

However, his match never came to be due to the sudden arrival of the Gourmet Corp. who had come to kidnap the chefs. Moh along with the stronger chefs stood their ground and prepared to fight against them. In the end, it is unknown what became of Moh.

Anime and Manga Differences[]

  • In the anime, Moh was eliminated in the triathlon.
