The Old World Karate Monkey is a species of mammalian monkey native to Area 7 and it is one of the many primates that make up the continent's "Monkey Restaurant".
Anatomy[]
It is a beast with dark fur and wild long hair. It has a constantly angry expression even when not in combat. Its most notable trait are its incredibly long arms which it can move about with great speed and flexibility.
Behavior[]
It is a very aggressive fighter and always has a ferocious appearance. However, a member of this species was shown to be good friends with an Iai-Aye and also served as a brave ally that was willing to help the Four Heavenly Kings in their training.
Powers and Abilities[]

Being a primate of the "Monkey Restaurant", this species is skilled in the monkey martial art of Enbu, a special style of combat only known to the primates of Area 7 and its skill is so great that it is a rank 6-Kyu practitioner of Enbu. Like many of the primates in Area 7, this species is incredibly tough and can survive deadly attacks and regenerate lost tissue, and when receiving damage their strength can temporarily go up. Having a capture level of 801, the Old World Karate Monkey is a very powerful creature. Judging from its name, it appears that this creature has a mastery over an ancient form of karate. Its incredibly long and flexible arms are also very useful in combat, being able to launch one underground only for it to come out wherever its opponent is standing. Its strength was great enough that it was able to fight equally against Coco, Sunny and Toriko in a sparring match.
History[]
PAIR Arc[]
An Old World Karate Monkey was one of the many monkeys that were allies of the Iai-Aye that had been accompanying the Four Heavenly Kings and was willing to help in their training to master Enbu. During the training, it proved to be a mighty sparring partner against Coco, Sunny and Toriko.
After PAIR was finally acquired by the Heavenly Kings, many of their monkey allies, including the Old World Karate Monkey appeared on 100G Mountain to congratulate them. The Kings and the monkeys then descended back down the mountain on Bambina's Flying Nimbutt and headed for the Birth Cry Tree, where they were happily greeted by a gigantic gathering of now happy and free monkeys.
