Only one single nut from an Only Nuts (オンリーナッツ Onrīnattsu) can be harvested per year. Since all the nutrients of entire tree are condensed into this single nut, it's got all the nutrients and calories an adult male needs for a whole week. It's so rich it'll give you a nosebleed. Therefore, it's typically boiled to isolate the flavor in a broth. It was one of the many ingredients used by Komatsu when he was recreating the Century Soup, although it is not known if this ingredient made it into the final version of the soup.
