The Ougai (鬼貝オウガイ Ōgai, literally meaning "Ogre Shellfish") is a phantasmal shellfish and Toriko's Full Course Menu "Fish Dish".

Anatomy[]

Ougai appears as a small shell with numerous thorns. Hidden in this shell is a larger, demon-like being, with one eye, long hair and mouth covered in tentacles. Despite its small size, the inside of the shell is nearly an infinite maze that stores the shellfish's nearly endless long body. It is possible to pull the meat out which reveals long ravels of the Ougai's meat which contains flavors of all the fish it ate in the past.

Behavior[]

The Ougai appears to be a voracious and hungry predator, eating various marine creatures on different seas.

History[]

Past[]

Known for eating all the fish from every sea, it was sealed into a Golden Can.[1]

AIR Arc[]

Amongst the treasure they picked up in Gold Swamp's Gold Labyrinth, the Four Heavenly Kings discover a Golden Can.[2] Toriko decided to add it to his Full Course Menu after smelling the can. However, he was unable to open it.[3]
