Pen (ペン), a Gourmet Hairdresser (グルメ美容師 Gurume Biyōshi), is the owner of the gourmet barber shop Barber Gourmet, in which he gives haircuts in kitchen-themed ways, such as using a fork and a knife for cutting hair. He is a skilled chef who prepares fine meals for his clients while he cuts their hair, and despite how it may sound he is in fact incredibly skilled and not once during the haircut does a single strand of hair come in contact with the food, showing his incredible skill as both a barber and a chef.
