The boss of the Gourmet Yakuza, not much is known about him other than he is a good friend of Yosaku and that he has never been arrested. He is very caring towards childrens especially in Nerg.
He later quit the position of boss of the Gourmet Yakuza and headed to Gourmet World with confidence, following an invitation by Saiseiya Yosaku for reasons yet unknown but he is capable to survive Gourmet World with some of subordinates bringing along with him. It's very possible that he became a member of the 0th Biotope .
