Smoke Jellyfish (スモーククラゲ) is a species of jellyfish which body is made of jelly, which it manipulates to propel itself through water. They have a very pungent odor, but fortunately slicing one at the right speed with a Melk's Resurrection Cleaver removes the stench. Because of the strong flavor, Smoked Jellyfish is an acquired taste. Their strong smell plus the difficulty in preparing them ensures that they appear on very few restaurant menus.
