Starjun's Braga Dragon is a giant dragon beast which acts as the Gourmet Corp. Vice Chef's personal steed.

Appearance[]

It is a giant Braga Dragon with dark brown skin, and orange-brown hair and feathers, although as it is the only one of its kind seen, it is unknown how unique its appearance is when compared to others of its kind.

Starjun has the creature wear a large spiked metal collar around its neck, similar to a pet.

Personality[]

It appears to be a calm and silent creature that is completely loyal to its master, coming to his aid after he suffered serious wounds in his battle against Toriko.

Powers and Abilities[]

Not much is known about its power, but it must be of considerable strength for one to be kept by Starjun.

The anime and games depict it as being capable of breathing blue fire, which is usually the color of fire at its hottest state, although it is unknown if it can do this in the manga.

History[]

Regal Mammoth Arc[]

The Braga Dragon is first seen escorting its master to the Gourmet Corp.'s 6th Branch to meet with Joejoe and the 6th Branch's staff in order to find out the status of the Jewel Meat's capture.

Cooking Festival Arc[]

It is shown retrieving an injured Starjun after his fight with Toriko. After its Master's brief encounter with Joie it along with the Big Bang Shark, Jack, and two other beasts flee from Midora's Meteor Spice bombing and return to the Gourmet Corp.'s Gourmet World HQ.

Toriko: Gourmet Monsters[]

Starjun's Braga Dragon appears in the 3DS game Toriko: Gourmet Monsters as one the many beasts in the game that can be entered in Gourmet Royale matches and fight in wild battles. It is a fearsome and strong beast with high stats. Naturally it is paired up with Starjun and can only be used by him.

Toriko: Gourmet Battle[]

Starjun's Braga Dragon appears in Toriko: Gourmet Battle as a collectible card in the game. Its card's statistics classify it as a "Power" class beast.

Toriko the Movie: Bishokushin's Special Menu[]

Starjun's Braga Dragon appears in Toriko the Movie: Bishokushin's Special Menu being used by Starjun.

Toriko: Ultimate Survival[]

Starjun's Braga Dragon appears in the PSP game Toriko: Ultimate Survival, where it can be fought in a special area on Four Seasons Island as one of the stronger enemies in the game.

Trivia[]

In the anime opening Guts Guts!! and Toriko: Gourmet Monsters, it is shown that Starjun's Dragon is capable of breathing blue fire, although it has yet to be seen doing this in the manga or an anime episode.
The name of this species was given so far only in Toriko: Gourmet Monsters.
