Summer Whiskey (太陽酒(サマーウイスキー) Samāuisukī) is a rare high-class liquor, that is highly difficult to drink due to its high alcohol content. It is one of the many ingredients used in the game of Food Concentration.
Description[]
It is said to be a liquor made from fruits blessed by the sun called Sun Durians (サンドリヤン) and Planet Water (プラネットウォーター), which can only be found deep underground, then aged for 30 years. The alcohol content is said to be 83%, roughly the same as Pure Grain Alcohol.[1]
It's such a strong liquor that anyone who drinks it will end up considerably drunk no matter how massive or tolerant the drinker.

When Coco and Toriko were challenged to a game of Food Concentration by Livebearer, Coco managed to draw a Hit with the Summer Whiskey, figuring correctly that Toriko would be able to handle it. Toriko downed the drink in practically no time at all and would've drunk more had there been more than one bottle. Komatsu assisted Toriko by preparing Nappa Cheese Cabbage as a snack to go with it. The cabbage boosted Toriko's liver and helped keep him from getting drunk. Later, Coco traded away the Summer Whiskey for Livebearer's Garlic Crab (thanks to the joker card Hannya Panda) in an apparent attempt to make Livebearer give up and give them back an additional 50 points. However, it is later revealed to be an even larger ruse by Coco in order to corner Livebearer in the endgame. Coco knew Livebearer would not be intimidated by the Summer Whiskey; he used the same technique as Toriko to drink it when the ingredient was traded; however, this was just what Coco wanted, as the Cabbage would break down the protective lining in his organs, making him vulnerable to the Poison Potato later.
Its Gourmet Tasting Card is worth 50 points and is represented by the No. 38 and 2, in the level V deck used by Livebearer against Toriko's group.
