The Three Great Gourmet Prisons are three prison facilities in the Human World that are under the administration of the IGO and where criminals are sent for breaking the Eight Gourmet Laws. They are well known for their incredibly harsh treatment of criminals and their incredibly dangerous environment which are normally inaccessible to humans and are almost as dangerous as areas in the Gourmet World. That in turn makes these prisons as escape-proof by human standards.
Generally speaking, those who are sentenced to these prisons have committed extremely heinous crimes and are given life sentences with no possibility of parole. The only exception was Zebra.
