Toppo (トッポ) is one of the members of the illustrious Gourmet Seven of the IGO. He is one of the seven "Taste Masters" chosen from the chief member-nations of the IGO.

As with all members of the Gourmet Seven, they all have an unbelievable sense of taste, it is even said that they can recognize the taste of a single grain of sugar in a 25 meter pool.
History[]
Cooking Festival Arc[]
He appears with the rest of the G7 as they discuss who will be the winner of the Cooking Festival.[1][2]
G7 members join NEO.
He later shows up with Ahmon and Nomarch where the NEO secret meeting is held. When Midora shoots his Meteor Spice on Cooking Island, Tokage appears from the ground to take Nomarch away along with the other members.
