Troll Cheese (トロルチーズ Tororuchīzu) is one of the many ingredients used in the game of Food Concentration. It is an odd cheese that releases a stench so potent a person can't even breathe near it. Compared to regular blue cheese, the scent is said to be 3000 times stronger. Despite this Toriko manages to eat it while holding his nose, in the anime he eats it bite sized on crackers mixed with orange jam. This ingredient was used by Coco to numb Toriko's nose so the poisonous vapor of the Nitro Cherry explosion wouldn't damage his nose.
