Powers and Abilities

Fork Shield Unicorn Cerberus

The Unicorn Cerberus is a fast creature who is able to deal swift and deadly attacks. Its flexible necks allow it to lunge at its prey from several angles and bite down on them with its rows of sharp teeth. It uses its unique spiral horns in combat and they are quite deadly as they are capable of spinning like drills that could penetrate through most defenses, however they cannot penetrate barriers made from Appetite Energy.

As Food

Toriko noted that its meat is not very delicious and also carries very little nutrition, barely restoring any energy to Toriko and Zebra after they ate the entire beast.

A hieroglyph of the Unicorn Cerberus is displayed inside the Gourmet Pyramid. According to it, to make the Unicorn Cerberus tasty, one needs to cut the horns off the beast.[1]

History

Mellow Cola Arc

While searching for Komatsu in the Gourmet Pyramid, Toriko and Zebra were confronted by a Unicorn Cerberus which proved to be a formidable opponent, but in the end it was no match for the two hunters and it was eaten entirely by them to restore their stamina.

Trivia

  • It is clearly based on and named after the legendary Cerberus of Greek Mythology, who guards the gates of the Underworld.
